If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a complete refund within 30 calendar days of the original transaction. To begin the process, please contact our support team through our website.

Exclusions

Please note that refunds will not be issued for:

  • Free credits or promotional services
  • Services that have already been fully delivered and confirmed
  • Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, include your order number and a clear explanation of the reason for your request. Our support team will review your submission and respond within 3–5 business days. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

Partial Deliveries

If your order has been partially delivered, you may be eligible for a partial refund corresponding to the undelivered portion of your service. Our team will assess each case individually and work with you to find a fair resolution.

Service Issues

If an error occurs on our end or your service is not delivered as described, we will first attempt to rectify the issue or fulfill the missed service promptly. If we are unable to resolve the issue, you will be eligible for a full refund.

Right to Decline Refunds

PassTheVote reserves the right to decline refund requests in the following circumstances:

  • Suspected abuse or manipulation of the refund policy
  • Repeated refund requests from the same customer for one or more services
  • Non-compliance with this Refund Policy or our Terms of Service
  • Requests made after the 30-day refund window has expired

Payment Method

All refunds will be processed through Stripe and returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to alternative payment methods or accounts. Please ensure your payment method is still active when requesting a refund.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in account suspension and could delay the resolution process. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly.
